How do I get to La Cour de La Fleunie

  • By car, take exit 17 on the A89. We are only 7 km from this exit. See also the map on this contact page. La Cour de La Fleunie is also on Google Maps

  • There are flights to Bordeaux all year round from where you can travel by train to Condat-sur-Vézère. You can also rent a car at the airport (book online).

  • From March 1st to the end of December, there are flights to Bergerac where you can rent cars online from various companies at the airport. There is no public transport at the airport. You can, however, reserve a taxi <<>>

 

Can I bring my dog?

No, pets are not allowed. We have various animals that cannot cope with that. For assistance dogs, we can make an exception in consultation under certain conditions.

How do I make coffee in the gîtes

All gîtes and the chambre d'hôte have a coffee machine (filter size 4).

The garden rooms have a kettle with tea and instant coffee

Is there a private pool?

You share the pool with the other guests of La Cour de La Fleunie

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to check out before 11:00 AM.

Unfortunately, you cannot use the facilities on the premises outside these hours.

 

Is there a baby bed?

We have baby beds available. You can indicate this on the booking form. Book a gîte.

Is there a baby chair?

Yes

Do I have a private garden?

Each gîte has a private garden. Furthermore, the estate offers various places with tables, chairs and seating areas.

The chambre d’hôte and the garden rooms do not have a private garden, but as mentioned, the estate offers various other options for eating and/or drinking outside.

Are there restaurants nearby?

In our immediate vicinity you will find many opportunities to eat out. To start with, in the old village center of Condat-sur-Vézère you can eat well in the old Hostellerie de la Commanderie. In Le Lardin there is a delicious pizzeria and in the nearby village of Coly you will find Le Clos Du Moulin and the exquisite La Table de Jean. 

Furthermore, you will find Montignac and Terrasson just a few kilometers away with a wide selection of restaurants.

 

Where do I do my groceries?

In Condat you will find the grocery store for the most necessary groceries. This grocery store is also a Bar/Tabac for a delicious cup of coffee or an alcoholic beverage.

In Le Lardin, which borders Condat, there are two bakeries and a small supermarket (Casino).

The large supermarkets can be found in Montignac and Terrasson.

And finally, you can go to the market almost every day:

  • Tuesday: Thenon

  • Wednesday: Montignac

  • Thursday: Terrasson

  • Friday: Le Lardin (small)

  • Saturday: Sarlat (busy!)

Frequently asked questions by groups

Can we set up tents and a camper and a caravan?

If you rent the entire estate, you can camp in the orchard with a maximum of 5 extra people for a small extra fee. Campers use the shower and toilet of the gîtes! There is no WiFi in the orchard!

There are participants with a diet. Is this a problem?

No problem, we can meet all dietary requirements, but please provide specific requirements at least one week in advance.

Are there fixed times for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
  • Breakfast from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Coffee at 11:00 AM
  • Lunch at 12:30 PM*
  • Dinner at 7:00 PM*

* This can be deviated from in consultation. We ask you to inform us at least 1 week before your arrival. (The times you have chosen apply for the entire duration of your stay.)

 

Are there differences between the garden rooms and the single rooms in the gîtes?

The single rooms in the gîtes are 6 m2 and the (shared) toilet and bathroom are located in the gîte.

The garden rooms are also 6 m2, but for the (shared) toilet and bathroom you have to cross a small courtyard. Depending on the garden room, this is 3 to 15 meters.

 

Can a laptop be connected to the projector?
